nevertheless, there is nothing in the filing to state that the merger is on, and since grifco had been touting their new plan since long before the end of the quarter, TTII would have had to mention something if they had signed any kind of agreement with grifco. So
therefore,
it
is my
opinion
that the merger was just a lie
and
NOT going to happen

Besides they were supposed to announce it WAY
before today
in the time frame
that they gave during the big pumps
to pump up the stock price, or try to
with the talk of a merger

ALSO beside which
the audit for grifco
in
my
opinion
CANNOT be completed because of the
glaringly apparent lack of internal controls
within the company

Thirdly(or fourthly I cannnot remeber which)

the stock price is hovering between 5 and 8 cents
last eyar it was .40
the year before it was .80

if that's not a falling sky, what is???????????????

if anyone knew that the price was going to be .06 a year ago would they still have bought?
