Worst case off the ranch property yields.
“Given that there is the potential to harvest 1,200 to 1,500 pounds of hemp per acre, we can produce two crops per year, and the price of hemp is at an average of $50 dollars per pound, this initiative has the potential to produce significant revenues for the Company.” Dole further recognized the enormous potential of this property acquisition to “provide a base of operations for several other equally exciting initiatives.”
AGAIN 824 acres x 1200lb/acre x 50 dollars a lb x 2 (Twice/yr) = 98.8 million.
Play with those numbers, avg hemp farms are more like 2500lbs/acre (206mill/yr) etc etc...
"Several other EQUALLY exciting initiatives."
100 million easily/yr off one deal and several others coming. There is no way people are paying attention yet. It's coming tho...
