To be transparent, I'm in for 4,000,000 shares at a .0009 average. I've mentioned this before because it's true, but while this stock is a risk and could fold, a $200k buy out of .0002 on the ASK would propel this symbol back up again. That's a lot of money for most of us, but to some it's a drop in the bucket. At any time of any day this could run back to where it was months ago, touching .0030. The amount of money to be made on a run like that (1,500-3,000% UP) would be staggering for the buyers.
