JDP, Thanks, appreciate that, just having one of those weeks, lots of personal matters to deal with. I thought retirement at 48 was just gonna be trading, laughing, trading, laughing and just doing all the good things in life lolol I forgot there some not so good sides lolol But overall, its all goodI Luvin it all, gotta roll with the ups and downs, just like the market. I am a very lucky man. With 30 years of stock trading and penny stock trading I hope to have another 30 years or more!
This is definitely my #1 stock on the OTC, doesn't get any better than this. I am betting we keep uplisting to the OTC and maybe even Nasdaq as we go along. But the main thing, we are cleared for news at any time and this company doesn't drop little news, it drops multi-million dollar real estate development deal news. With a 17-18 million float and 51 mil OS we have seen how fast this moves to .29. Hold on tight to this one. This one is top quality company and management all the way which we can prove by looking at their work on https://devmardevelopment.com .

I still have over 30 other stocks in just my penny portfolio so I need to watch these tricky penny stocks with these slick CEO's all the time. Always surprises popping up. Sneaky ratz, lol
With $DEVM, just but anything under .10 and sit back and relax. Sooner or later I'll be saying buy anything under .15, the .20. These prices won't last forever. I'm hoping and have bids in at .07. and below just in case we get another lucky dip. And I'll also pick off shares under .10 when I see them but I have so many I don't take them all. Spread the love lol. Even a little dilution doesn't scare me here. Mark Demaria doesn't do anything without a purpose. He doesn't sell shares for a paycheck lolol He doesn't need it lol Enjoy the day!
