After digesting the Q, I am pleased overall...

1. no o/s increase, naysayers can go crawl back in their holes
2. sales less than hoped, but hope dis the operative word...80K is a start and these figures will continue to increase every month
3. TODAY would be great time for follow-up PR...hopefully on the gov pre purchase, which should come this Q reagrdless, IMO
4. NO NEGATIVCE SURPRISES AT ALL!!!! the positive surprises will be forthcomning via PR, IMO
5. The 473K of grant money was effective October and disclosed as a subsequent event, so it should be included in revenue in the next Q...whish, with increased sales, could put 4th Q rev at about $800k or better potentially!

on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 best), as another posted did, I give this report an 8.5!!!
