Seriously, is it not possible that somebody outside China got a wind of this fledgling zjmy in China and decided to create a website without the knowledge of Han Zhiming. That somebody (or a group) then proceeded to Incorporate filing the paperwork with that Chinese companies logo on....knowing that the repercussions of plagiarising will be none since no fledgling from China is going to file a lawsuit against a group in the US.

This would actually explain the extremely poor quality of the filings and now of RO denouncing his involvement with this ticker
