It looks as though they release a news letter once every Q,,,,. If this is the case then it seems to be a long time in between possible news events,,,,and if folks are not in the know about UCPA then they will not be watching the UCPA web site and,,,,,do not hear about the company news ever,,,. Seems to me that PRs would be a huge weapon for them to get the investing world involved and strengthen the SP,,,,especially since the insides own 75% of the SP,,,,. Just my thoughts,,,,. MAYBE,,they just plain are not interested but,,,,it doesn't hurt to explore the idea with them,,,,.
