First you need the warrants in that number because if you short naked you need the delivered shares (which came from yesterday) to cover.

Who has the number of warrants plus the connection to short naked in that size? The man on the street using etrade?

Second, the company is now not low float anymore as through the warrants the shares are delivered now.
So valuation now 200 million at 10 US$ it would be 400 million for a company with 30 million revenue.
