Imo, the speculation ship has left port almost a year ago. Despite several license agreement in place with BIG companies, revenues keep on dropping. These companies must be shopping elsewhere, there is no other way around it.

And as for the Apple lawsuit; look at what happened with all the other settlements. More than 10mln in settlement payouts has vanished into the pockets of Fortress and Doug. Less than 5% of all this cash received is on Andreas balance sheet, rest is GONE. This all in what, 2 years time?

So, in short; any positive settlement in the Apple lawsuit will be very short lived. Cash will, again, flown into the pockets of Fortress and Doug.

Have said it many times before, imo, the only thing shareholders will be left with is a bag. An empty one!
