They just filed paperwork to get name change and started new subsidiary. They are not going to sell empty shell to someone for a pot venture. Not any time soon at least.


We are in the right industry and there is a concern for energy consumption mining digital assets however nicolo hasn’t taken anything passed a concept. He is not a man of action. I have no hope for him with this venture. He can’t even get a webpage up, even with outsourcing it to have someone design him one.
