IS this manipulation or what??? the O.S. is based upon market cap, which is the dollar amount the investors have purchased, so the O.S. are suppose to increase and go up when selling volume goes up, and there is 2,215,642 dollars in the market cap which is MLHC bank account so they have over 2 million in their bank account that matches the O.S. share amount at .0003 so I think one has to look at the market cap compared to O.S. to see the value of a company this one has a dollar value at 2,215,642 dollars,
