What happen to this??

On August 3, 2017, the Company announced that it intended to spin-off 20% of Hemp Beer Inc. (a private, Colorado
corporation) to its shareholders, who would be awarded with a share dividend based upon their holdings of NSAV on the
record date. Shareholders would receive approximately one share of Hemp Beer Inc. common stock for every 17 shares
of NSAV common stock that they hold on the September 8, 2017 record date. It was intended that the dividend would be
payable on or about September 22, 2017, but as of the date of this filing, the dividend had not yet been issued.
