One thing I am sure of that Mr Kanno has more than likely been in touch with the counrty, there are mines all over eastern Russia, and the are almost as many killed per capita as china I think so I just remember the news from another american mining company doing work there and reading about the mines caving ans exploding because of employers don't take care, momey money money, a couple law suits maybe get the ball roling to the IPmine idea
