WHOOOO.
COME ON PEOPLE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
Last October 2018 they on the verge of COMPLETING the FINS and FILINGS. Then another EXCUSE and then ANOTHER EXCUSE for NOT BEING ABLE TO UPDATE the FILINGS. 6 months later THEY ARE STILLL
TELLING ALL KINDS of BULLCRAP.
Now they are telling you that they have a JV with S A S after a long EMBARGO and they will UPDATE THE FILINGS and FINS.
HUMMMM; I wonder what they did between OCT 2018 and March 2019 when they were on the verge……….
You will see: At the end of April 2019, they will tell you that
the JV fell apart blaming the SEC for their NEW RULES or SAS for not honoring part of their contract. You will not SEE THE FILINGS because ……
