I never claimed k2m did a reverse split. I was pretty concise as to what I said and that was K2M had about as many offerings as Sintx did over the same period of time; both averaging 1 offering a year. Companies raise capital frequently, thats not abnormal but the absurd valuation here has made each offering dilute shareholders extensively.

Of course k2m valuation allowed it to raise what Sintx did in 3-4 offerings with just 1 offering.
