I understand how the RS will benefit the company - but; . . .

I am just a little curious to hear your version as to why it will be good for the shareholders.

Considering the fact that the stock price is now trading, far below most peoples price/average, how is a 1 for 10 RS going to be good for the shareholders?

Just Curious; How is that a good thing?
