There’s no fraud 77port, companies are allowed to dilute stock and use the capital to fund projects, that’s a part of investing in penny stocks. That’s why the stock price is so low, development company with a low net worth. The technology is good they’re just a small company that can’t bankroll it. Really just a gamble buying this kind of stock.
