has signed a 5-year distribution agreement with Brand House Ventures in value of $75M to sell its Cold-Water Cannabis/Hemp Extraction Systems in the USA.



The PR states that the agreement has been SIGNED... It does not say 'intends to'.... or referencing a LOI.... It has been SIGNED.

So if the company is issuing false news then I think it will be jail time for some.
