Maybe you're saying they're lazy?


They're incompetent, both CEO and CFO. That's my take. I've seen this too many times with other small bios, and the only explanation is a level of competency. They are unable to navigate the stormy waters of bio-world and make the best decisions for company. Most of the time, what's beneficial for the company is also beneficial for the shareholders. There are some exclusions though.
