Yep he does. He’s the seat of the pants drum boy. I never said Bruce lies. He just reacts to what’s happening around him and then makes up a strategy. Remember when auxly (cannabis Wheaton at the time) came out with the streaming strategy (chuck the former ceo of tweed) Bruce jumped on it right away with rivers. Now auxly has all but abandoned streaming and so has rivers. Rivers is a different animal then when it was conceived, another example of seat of the pants decision making....great job Bruce!!!
