There will be no filings…. They would be stupid to do so.

BBDA cannot file true, correct, and complete "filings" or rather OTCMarket "disclosure statements" without implicating itself in all the fraud that it was used to commit. They also cannot ignore it all and file bullshit filings as that would be more fraud. Another problem is, in order to file true, correct, and complete filings, the previous filings will need to be corrected and restated as they are fraudulent and incomplete.

The SEC is watching.

So... There will be no filings. At least not true, correct, and complete filings. Though it's possible these crooks are dumb enough, and arrogate enough, to file bullshit filings.
