This is very sad to see so many investors don't understand the stock they buy. If they learn about the company they should know ETFM have a subdinary same name call 2050 motors private. This is a great 8-k because now they can TURN AROUND IPO that subdinary Just the way they planning to do.

It is amazing to me maybe people do not know how to read the 8K properly. This was 2050 Public not selling 80% of the subsidiary to former management for a $50K note. 2050 Public (ETFM) still owns 100%. ETFM is not out of business.

The sub having a similar name may have confused the Street.

Do work on Safeguard Scientifics, kind of a model I want to pursue, incubate and buy pieces of companies and spin them out IPO or spin off, the best asset 2050 has is its thousands of shareholders.
