I warned you all this would happen. As they say, "you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time". My best advice to management is be as honest and transparent to the shareholders as you can and something like this would not happen again. Trying to scam people and get away with it never pays off in the end. Be honest and trust worthy and your stock will go along way up. Make promises that you can't deliver then watch this justifiable nightmare unfold. GLTA to all ex shareholders you have been dished/taught a bad lesson on companies like this who promise the world and deliver nothing.
