Why would the CEO need to go? He is responsible for the steady increase in value of this company, and is incentivized to continue making CV Sciences more and more valuable. Did you know that a year ago on this day, CVSI was trading at $0.49?

Oh and btw, uplisting will happen. Not a question of if, just a question of when.
