When you invest in penny stocks there is always increased risk.
Adverse risk investors have plenty of other options, however the lure of a possible big payday
is enough for gamblers to purchase them.
FLPC is still in business, communicates with shareholders and via their website provides updates on their business plan, yet hundreds of scam stocks have gone out of business in the past few years.
