I’ve been here a while, over a year, and believe this is a good investment. Yes, I get impatient at times because I expected to be further along than this but I intend to wait it out. Hopefully it’s close.

What are your expectations for the next 3-6 months? What kind of pps do you think we will see? If they are trying to entice big money investors wouldn’t they want the pps consistently above the offer price? Just curious.....
