So will the offering be priced at $4.50?

I really do not know. Who knows when they are going to announce and till then how many haemorrhages there are going to be.

My assumption is that ADXS still has a long way to go to get FDA approval; by then they may 'drop dead' or the shareholders holding on to those shares will be atomized.
