Not much of anything. The company has no ability to talk to interested parties, and to be honest they should be de-listed.
I got in on a whim long ago, and now, like many hold an empty airey bag. Now, luckily I flip this enough to say, ok well...I did not lose much, but I still have a sizable portion of shares that are not exactly 'free' but close to it.
Only time will tell, I would love to have this thing take off, or - because of their inability to update their shareholds, I would rather see them delisted and just take the paper shares to burn for the fun of it.
