The previous # of outstanding shares was 1,055,279,527. That number had been stable for around 3 years. You can actually still see that # (as of today) on the top of the iHub ARYC board:

My notes show that the change in share structure occurred between 4 December and 1 March. So this change occurred in the last few months.

And while those shares are currently restricted, the odds are that they will be converted to common shares at some point (when the trigger is hit).

ARYC is required by law to file a form 8K within a few days of any share structure changes. It looks like they are late on that as well.
