Looks more like to me they are just slammed busy, I’d take a delay on filings knowing that any day, as it’s only going to help us in the long run...pretty clear to me that’s the case anyways..

Also they do have to make sure all is accurate for the UpList, in any audit, they check everything, down to the last penny, including your first born!
