Either way in my opinion of course tmgi is a good buy at these levels. They had some toxic debt and i belive cost of roll out. On otc myli there were 2 5 million share holders and of course jacquie and mark had 40 million shares. But if i remember correct to previous filings they had 2 notes one due in march and one i believe the first week of april. Stating that when quarterlys drop and roll out comences i believe we go back to .30 pps give or take. They didnt want to announce anything until debt was converted. Imo we are do a run a massive run. If tradeable float is still low it wont take much to move this north imo! Glta
