No, Craig Fischer did not say the company was going to do a reverse split. He merely confirmed with me that the company had been issuing stock since Inception and that the company has a Five-Year Plan to profitability.

This was one of the main reasons why I took large profits when this went up during the farm bill passage hype and never got back in, although it seems very enticing this low - outside of the name and ticker symbol change I just don't see the catalyst that will propel the shares higher.

I come to this forum every so often and i just read the same rhetoric daily, yet the pps never goes higher. UBQU is a very real company selling very real products but unfortunately they sell more stock than they do products.
