It clearly states on the Notification of late filing form:


Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Pending completion of annual report and year-end audited financial statements

This is great news. We’re almost there. 2 more weeks max. With 2 years of audited fins we can then uplist. Also Q1 will be out shortly thereafter which will be a blowout! SP will reflect the true value of this company in the very near future!
