Release is already baked into current price . News from last (FNMA) week has spread far and wide. What you see is what you get with current PPS . Now factor in dilution plus possible R/S to get true forward value. Might be a good idea to find a better investing opportunity being this stock is on a treadmill going nowhere fast .
