Judge approves new lawyers for unsecured creditors. All signed and approved March 29th. But yet we have no approval of Ceplene deal. The only deal that would bring money in to provide runway for Bert motion. We have no dip financing. So where do we get money. This is just nuts. So stupid. This whole process is crooked.
