Two things tell me that the settlement amount is not as small as some here think or pretend to think -
1. Glenn paid off all the debts right away. You do that only when you have a big chunk of cash, so even after the pay off you have enough left for your future plans of company business development. If the amount was not big enough he would not paid it off - instead tried to keep some cash available by refinancing the debt.
2. New office in the heart on NYC - one of the most expensive real estates in the city.
