GUESSING..5 mil shares @ $3.75.. $4 ea..NEXT UP..
I figure Kenny and the "C" Suite boys singers are gonna go for about $20 million in garbage grade financing that will net them approx $18 mil and keep the ADSX HAPPY BOTTOM RIDING CLUB BAR AND GRILL AND COUNTRY CLUB open and the goodies flowing for at least one more year....
AND...they're out of the NASDAQ pickle box with a free one year minimum reset due to the 1 for 15 reverse split....
How Kenny the BURNER used the Danno play-book to the dirty tee:
1) The free 12 ma ma MILLION warrant ole "share conversion" fast one maneuver...BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL give-away to the hedge fund who's gonna carry the water on this garbage grade financing shelf deal- delivered with a ribbon, a bow and a kiss. DONE. CHECK BOX ONE MARKED.
2) REVERSE SPLIT 1 for 15 to get price jacked up to sell-n-dump the dilution shares easier for the hedge fund boys and as a "gift" on their 12 million free warrants they just got converted to free trading common shares in order to short straddle and make max bank on the "offering/dilution". DONE. CHECK BOX TWO MARKED.
3) RUN THE PR PUMP to max ability (STEP WE'RE IN TODAY AND LAST WEEK- in real time) in highly coordinated fashion to try and sand-bag the price as high as possible to benefit the hedge fund boys club partnership financing team. They just fired their wad on ALL THE PR ABOUT NOTHING THEY GOT. DONE. CHECK BOX THREE MARKED.
4) That leaves the ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SHELF OFFERING of likely IMO, 5 ma MILLION SHARES PURE USDA STAMPED GRADE-F DILUTION in the $3.75 to $4.00 a share range and WITH warrant KICKER/SWEETNERS added on OF COURSE....- CAN BE ANNOUNCED AT ANY TIME NOW. AND THAT will keep the COUNTRY CLUB DOORS safely open and the bar tab funded for at least one more year of FAT $500K "base salaries" plus "bonuses" plus other "goodies" for the "C" suit boy's club card carrying members.....
AND... and I'd put bank on it that Kenny boy gets a BIG FAT CASH BONUS as having pulled off some "business miracle" on-par with splitting the atom by keeping this gig alive and on life support for at least 12 more months. Price lands in the $2 buck a share zone within 1 yr tops IMO.
NOT "QUITE" DONE JUST YET....BUT IMMINENT IMO..as in, ANY DAY HERE.... INK LIKELY DRYING ON SHELF OFFERING PAPERS and get ready to check the box next.
That's it in a summary IMO.
Oh...BUSINESS PLAN UPDATE: PREPARE FOR BONUSES, SHARE GRANTS and then later in the year PLAN THE NEXT DILUTIVE CASH RAISE. Share price will likely be easily driven DOWN to $2 bucks or so and maybe even eventually back to close to $1 a share...but they can run AT LEAST ONE MORE DILUTION IN THAT RANGE and then get to use their free pass NASDAQ delisting time they just "purchased" on the shareholder's dime-
JUST KEEPS UM ROCKING AND ROLLING on down the yellow brick road NJ turnpike Hwy for 1 to 1.5 yrs more of FAT LIVING and the MILLER HIGH LIFE...while doing very little....the gig that even rock stars dream of...except Kenny can't play or sing and has no talent...it's beautiful.....
