Investors are trying to dump their worthless shares, but no one wants them at any price.
FONU has been revoked in Nevada, their state of incorporation. It is not a shell or a clean shell. It is no longer in operation.
No financial or other reports since 2016. Company was/is flat broke. If it had assets or cash, creditors and others would go after it for the terrible fraud they committed upon their investors and Georgia.
The 15-12G form you are mentioning is from 2016, and it was filed to deregister because they could not afford financials and would be suspended/revoked just because of that alone.
Now it sits as a dark/defunct company, just waiting to eventually be revoked (like related company MDNT was).
