I think its spoof. But I got extra excited because I saw an article last week early AM the eluded to the fact that they were going to somehow incorporate using xrp. And then 10 minutes later the article was gone. I don't think anyone else here saw it. It was how JP Morgan had done something on their end to use xrp. So I'm not entirely sure they are not hinting at things to come. The article was specific but it didn't make much sense to me as they had had developed the coin. So I'm not sold it's all spoof.
