Doc, I was only saying that Glenn will not risk his money or company's money by violating NDA in hopes that this violation somehow will not get punished. That's ridiculous to assume. Why would he do that ? To give his investors a settlement number ? He will do it sooner or later via reported financials.
How long we'll have to wait for them ? It all depends on NDA's specifics. NDA could have a time limit after which Glenn can openly state the whole thing in PR.
We just don't know.
Get patient people. We had a settlement! We waited years ( at least some of us did ) . Don't freak out over another few days of waiting. Glenn told you the reason for it.
