I'm not sure if you're paying attention to the GBDX board anymore but Lochan posted a message supposedly relayed to him by Alex. Since I'm sure my reply may get deleted I included it in this message.

SIDE NOTE: I took my lumps and sold my shares today. 50% was just too much of a hit.

Here's a link to Lochan's message:

Lochan's message from Alex is a massive Red Flag!!!

This has scam written all over it. This is a blatant attempt to keep prying eyes away from the truth. How many diamond companies do business in the same district and have to deal with the same issues? All of them!! Do they cower in fear, ready to close shop, whenever a cop shows up at the door? Gimmie’ a break.

If this is all it takes for the company to pull stakes and close shop then you have bigger problems than trying to figure out what day the “store” is opening or who’s on the BOD. For a company to come up with a story like this and threaten investors with closing down the business is totally ludicrous!

“Alex said this police activity could have seriously jeopardized the company's ability to remain in business.” What a crock! A couple of cops show up at the door and suddenly GBDX entertains the thought that they can’t stay in business?

“Alex is insisting that no one attempt to breach security at the new office building. Anyone who tries to enter the building and gain access to the sales office at 2 West 46th Street who is not a jewelry wholesaler will be arrested.” What a bigger crock! Who tried to breach the security? A couple of cops? Consider this, GBDX isn’t the only tenant in the building selling diamonds. Think about it! Potential buyers come and go all day. They have procedures for “traffic control” of potential buyers to the various sellers in the building.

Here’s the biggest lie in the message, “Such an intrusion could cause the company that insures GBDX to cancel its policy which could cause them to shut down. That would make our shares of GBDX pretty worthless.” This is what you have insurance for! As long as you have adequate protection for your business you’re in compliance with the insurance company. This is a little like me telling other drivers on the road not to drive too close because my insurance company will cancel my insurance if they do.

ALL OF YOU BETTER HOPE THAT LOCAHN MADE THIS UP. If Alex really said this you’re investment is on shaky ground.

All IMHO.
