The plant isn't even up and running . They dont need cargill . They can make there own deal for sludge contracts . They dont need to take on 80 million in debt to produce sludge nobody wants anyway . If they wanted your debt ridden shell they would have bought it . You still cannot post a plan outside of a straight liquidation. The only plan approved by the courts .
