It was an April Fools joke from the fraudster CEO, but he forgot what day it was when he posted it.

The company is flat broke, has no business licenses anywhere, is in default in Nevada, is listed as "forfeited" in California, is listed as DARK/DEFUCT company on OTC Markets, has not posted any disclosure since April of 2018, and is apparently not conducting business anymore.
