Yes it is. Don’t let taxes ever stop you from making any business decisions.

Theses loans are straight forward bullet loans for 6 months. Very easy to track and report. Receive one interest payment 3 months in, and receive second interest payment at the end of next 3 months along with original principal asset (with option to roll forward to lend out another 3 months.)

Full interest payment is determined right At start of the loan and is locked regardless of what your asset is worth with price fluctuation during that 6 months the asset is lent out.
