Of course it is an empty shell...has been for years...

1. Frack is out

2. Shell has new custodian

3. As of February shell was reinstated with Nevada SOS

4. Float is very low

What does all this mean? Nothing for certain but these people didn't go thru all that trouble to do nothing. Expect some activity in the near future.

It will move fast when the time comes...
