EGLF: Files Notice of Late Filing for Quarterly Report on 10-QSB

Element 21 Golf Co. (EGLF) has filed a NT10-Q filing today with the SEC to provide notice of the late filing of its quarterly financial report.

According to the Company, its auditors were unable to complete a review of the quarterly financials in a timely manner. As a result, the Company requires additional time to complete the Form 10-QSB and therefore, the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB regarding the quarter ended September 30, 2006 could not be timely filed without unreasonable effort or expense.
