No timeline, but they said an update on business plans within weeks, a couple weeks ago. My guess is this week there is a PR. It very well could say "1 million dollars has been raised by an investor to build out the units and already have a place of install for them".. If not in this PR, that news will be coming out soon after.... all build up for the future... It looks bright.

I really don't believe they will need to raise the whole offering, as most companies overshoot their s1 offerings for a comfort zone...How strong would it be if a big investor restricted his shares at a specific PPS target/1-2 years ... 1 million dollars to a multi-millionaire to make millions isn't too far off from reality...but my words will be twisted somehow.
