We will see the due 10-K tomorrow. Just a word of advice to all longs here... this is NOT the major filing we should be hoping changes the tide.

The chart and TA may/will move us up in the days and weeks to follow but this 10-K isn't likely to be the thrust unless there is some juicy detail not yet revealed.

What it should do is shed some light on the remaining toxic May 14th 2018 note - fingers crossed it's all wrapped up, and then even more curious will be what we learn about the conversions our three new "institutional" investors have done.

It will continue to show forward progress :)
