As to what happens with the S-1:
- retaining Counsel sometime this week (don't know Counsels name, or precisely what date yet)
- target date to file the S-1 Registration document (05/01/2019)
- Anticipation of the S-1 going live sometime during 3Q2019 (sometime on or after 07/01/2019 and on or before 09/30/2019)
