Sorry but makes no sense to dilute for payroll. Besides all the anti dilution deals on record the company will be or is now financially solid. The last of the expense for separation from rbiz has been done and the next 1/4 will show that they're profitable ... They've always said that they would be profitable once they hit the 5m mark. Sooooo now the a/s is going to be interesting going forward because they need shares most likely restricted to bring on board the m/a 's. Look Anshu is a mother f ing genius in my book. I'll let him take the lead and I'll follow him because dude has got his $hit together and he'll make most of us rich if we don't do something stupid like sell.. As a disclaimer I've got to say that my memory for the details of all this is sketchy.. It's not me that's sketchy. Doing my best to recall what I know and it's not always pretty LOL VRUS
